Other Fees / Charges:

a.New participants are required to pay a one-time registration fee / Administration fee of AED 50 + 5% VAT.

b.There will also be a Yearly Membership Fee of AED 50 + 5% VAT, which has to be renewed every year. This yearly membership fees includes uninterrupted access to all EKC branches, online student profile access from any part of the world, and also helps to track their progress and updates.Parents and students can do this by logging in to the EKC software.

c. Program Kit Requirement:Participants are required to purchase a Kit (uniform, gloves, and kit bag) with the printed logo at a cost of AED 244.50.

d. Examinations and Certifications:Please note that there will be a separate charge for belt examinations and certification


Terms & Conditions

1.Drop-off and Pick-up Policy:

Children should be dropped off no earlier than 5 minutes before their session begins. Punctuality in picking them up soon after the session is equally crucial to maintain a smooth daily routine.

2.Missed Sessions Policy:

If a session is missed, it can not be carried forward. The day and time selected must be followed as agreed and scheduled.

Adherence to the agreed schedule is essential, as no additional or replacement sessions will be provided for missed appointments. Instructors can not change schedules since they are pre-prepared based on the student request considering the maximum number of attendees. Accommodating one request impacts the others.

3.Payment Guidelines:

Any fee paid is non-refundable. Students may try one trail session before committing to the full package.

All payments must be settled by the due date. Fees paid for expired sessions can not be adjusted against future sessions.

No per-session payments will be accepted. Students must pay for the entire term. Payments should be made at the beginning of the month or terms,and sessions will not be carried forward.

4.Guardian Policy During Sessions:

During sessions, no parents or guardians are allowed to be inside the training hall.

5.Health Conditions

Any special health conditions should be informed to the instructor before joining. Failure to do so and any adverse consequences due to this will be the sole responsibility of the student/ the parent.

6.Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment, all students and parents/guardians are expected to follow the Emirates Karate Centre Code of Conduct:

Respect & Discipline:Students must show respect to instructors, fellow students, parents, and the training facility at all times.

Positive Behavior: Bullying, harassment, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Focus & Participation: Students are expected to give their full attention during classes, follow instructions promptly, and participate with a positive attitude.

Care for Property:Respect and maintain dojo equipment, uniforms, and facilities. Any intentional damage may result in disciplinary action.

Safety First: Students must train responsibly, use techniques only as instructed, and avoid actions that may cause injury to themselves or others.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the academy without refund.

2. I fully acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical activity with inherent risks of injury. By enrolling myself / my child, I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to waive any claims of liability or compensation against Emirates Karate Centre / EK Sports Academy, its instructors, or management, for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that may occur during participation.
